Casa Chayanne has been set up as a safe and friendly environment where all Chayanne fans can interact regardless of age, ethnicity, religion, political leanings or sexual orientation.

It’s all about sharing, respecting others and having a good time!

By becoming a registered member of the Casa Chayanne community it is understood that the following CONDUCT guidelines are to be adhered to at all times.

The following will not be tolerated:

1) Non-civility or disrespect towards fellow members, including but not limited to religious, ethnic or sexual slurs.

2) Threatening, flaming, hateful posts directed at fellow members, moderators, Chayanne and those who are close to him.

3) Illegal content, profanity or spamming of any form.

Posts that breach the above guidelines will be deleted, edited or moved – as appropriate.

If you see a poster violating these guidelines, it is wise to ignore the post and notify a moderator. Debating with a hostile poster about their behaviour can lead to thread degeneration and bad feelings all around. Personal conflicts are to be resolved through email.

A warning will be given for conduct deemed unbecoming and the offending posts will be deleted. Every effort will be made to contact the individual in question, and if possible, a warning will be given, but at the discretion of the Administrators, the consequence for conduct/content offences may be immediate banning of the member from the message board.

Casa Chayanne is not responsible for information of any kind posted on the forum. Members are requested to obtain permission for posting information from the original poster, if applicable. It is also a matter of courtesy to give written credit to the creator / photographer / translator / original poster where that party is known.

Our intention at Casa Chayanne is, and will always be, to share things about Chayanne with all other fans, however we ask that you respect any request by a member who asks that their post / information / photo NOT be posted elsewhere.

If any information from Casa Chayanne is posted on other Chayanne forums/websites, credit is to please be given to the original poster or Casa Chayanne – as appropriate.
